Passionate Coaching Professional
I have been working as a Coaching Professional since 2011 and I’m currently working as the HR Director for a multinational organisation.
With over 25 years experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, Training, Coaching and Leadership my true passion is coaching. I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to help, coach and guide many people throughout my career so they can succeed in theirs.
Working in, Canada, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates with multinational organisations in different industries at Senior and Director levels means that I know what it takes to succeed and standout within competitive roles and markets.
In addition to having a professional corporate life, I'm also a wife and mum of two so.. I know a thing or two about balancing work and home life challenges. Being from a small town in New Zealand’s South Island with limited opportunities, I have worked hard to get where I am today. I have a very practical, down to earth and transparent approach with strong values and a tenacity that has seen me push through challenges where I have learnt many lessons along the way.
I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their goals and my passion is helping you to achieve yours.

Put Your Life Into Focus
My passion is coaching. I am here to support you to be your best, most authentic self, so you can succeed in interviews, navigating career decisions or work through management and leadership challenges. You choose the area of focus for your sessions, then I work with you in partnership using a practical approach supported by techniques that enable your success long term.
I recommend you sign up for an initial consultation before committing to a package, so together we can figure out what type of coaching your looking for and how many sessions might be right for you. Each paid session is maximum of 1 hour and conducted over Zoom. The 20 minute free consultation can be arranged on Zoom or by phone.
For interview coaching sessions you will likely need two sessions.
